Mr Traub is a founding partner and CEO of Precept Property Partners. A real estate finance professional, Mr Traub brings 19 years’ experience in deal origination, capital transactions, asset management, restructuring and debt recovery. Prior to joining Precept, Mr Traub was the Head of Real Estate at Centennial Property Group and was responsible for the transactions and asset management functions. In addition, Mr Traub has held roles at Dexus working in transactions and as a Portfolio Manager, responsible for the performance of over $1.5 billion of assets.
Mr Traub is responsible for the full life-cycle of investment activities at PPP, from investment initiation to investment realization. Furthermore, Mr Traub has oversight of investor communications, corporate strategy and is a member of the group’s Investment Committee.

Founding partner and head of investments, Mr Foster has over 14 years of direct property experience working across a broad range of property and funds management businesses.
Spending much of his career at the front end of commercial transactions in the value-add and core-plus space, Mr Foster has a strong understanding of the value extraction process and the need for stringent acquisition criteria when assessing opportunities. Prior to joining Precept, Mr Foster led acquisitions at Quintessential Equity, placing the firm’s first blind value-add fund. In addition, Kalen has held various roles at Dexus, including leading industrial acquisitions nationally and at GM Property Group as head of transactions.
Mr Foster is responsible for asset origination, execution, and divestments across all sectors for Precept Property Partners.

Thomas brings 15 years of real estate experience to Precept Property Partners, including 9 years in capital transactions. Having assessed and executed deals across various asset classes, and with a strong expertise in retail acquisition, management, and disposal, leasing and asset management, Thomas’ diverse background spans across REITs, private equity, and syndication.
Highly skilled in financial modelling and analysis, Thomas brings a deep knowledge of the property landscape and a genuine focus on industry relationships. He has played a key role at several prominent real estate funds and been involved in multiple complex transactions nationally. He is responsible for sourcing deals, underwriting, due diligence, and transaction management, leveraging his expertise to drive successful outcomes for Precept Property Partners and its clients.

Sunal has over 12 years experience in the commercial real estate sector, holding roles in commercial agency and in the REIT sector. Most recently, Sunal held the position of Senior Property Analyst at Growthpoint Properties. Sunal was primarily responsible for delivering the successful valuation outcome for the groups office and industrial assets on a bi-annual basis as well as being involved in analysing potential acquisition and divestment opportunities for the group.
Prior to this, Sunal held senior analyst roles at CBRE and Cushman & Wakefield where he was heavily involved in the successful completion of over $3bn worth of office transactions working intimately with the directors of each. Sunal started his career at JLL London where he was an integral part of executing his clients (Deutsche Bank) London Accommodation Strategy which involved consolidating from multiple properties into one. Sunal is responsible for sourcing deals, underwriting, due diligence, and transaction management.
